Welcome, I look forward to meeting you.
I’ve known since the end of my teenage years that I wanted to become a therapist. Growing up, I benefited from the support of several therapists, and those experiences inspired me to give back in the same way. I went on to major in Psychology at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. After graduation, I took a year off to travel and gain work experience, which helped broaden my perspective before starting graduate school at Pacific University in Oregon.
Following grad school, I worked in community mental health, providing individual and group therapy in outpatient clinics and school settings. After five years in the field, I decided it was time to pursue a long-standing dream of mine—opening my own private practice. I now work in San Diego, where I specialize in supporting teens and adults experiencing a range of mental heath challenges from underlying trauma to anxiety and depression.
I live in San Diego with my partner. In my free time, I exploring new coffee shops, hunting for treasures at estate sales, and taking care of my garden.
